About me
Erik is an experienced and passionate ACA EL ski racing coach with nearly 10 years of coaching experience and a strong commitment to developing young athletes and introducing them to the exciting world of ski racing.
Erik served as the Head Coach of the U10/U8 program at Milton Heights Racing Club, where he played an important role in guiding numerous young skiers into the world of competitive ski racing. Through his dedication, encouragement, and structured coaching approach, he helped athletes build strong skiing fundamentals, develop confidence, and discover their passion for racing.
Erik believes that every kid’s journey is unique. His coaching philosophy focuses not only on improving technical skills and racing performance, but also on fostering resilience, independence, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love of skiing. He takes pride in seeing each kid progress at their own pace, overcome challenges, and achieve personal milestones both on and off the slopes.
