Refund policy
Private Lessons (One-on-One):
- Cancellation 7 days in advance → 100% Credit refund
- Cancellation 24 hours in advance → 80% Credit refund
- Cancellation 12 hours in advance → 50% Credit refund
- No-show (cancellation within 12 hours is considered a no-show) → No refund
- With a doctor’s note → 100% Credit refund
Cancellation Policy Details:
1. Students may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 7 days before the lesson.
2. If cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, 80% Credit will be refunded.
3. If cancelled at least 12 hours in advance, 50% Credit will be refunded.
4. No refund will be given for no-shows.
5. With a valid doctor’s note (stating the student is not fit for skiing on the day of the lesson), students are entitled to 100% refund.
6. Members who purchased the S Snow Package (10 hours or more) are entitled to one unconditional cancellation or reschedule.
7. If the student can find a replacement participant, no cancellation fee will be charged.
8. If the lesson is cancelled due to non-student reasons, refunds or rescheduling will be arranged accordingly.
Group Lessons (One-to-Many):
- Cancellation 30 days in advance → 100% Credit refund
- Cancellation 7 days in advance → 70% Credit refund
- Cancellation 48 hours in advance → 50% Credit refund
- No-show (cancellation within 48 hours is considered a no-show) → No refund
- With a doctor’s note → 100% Credit refund

6. Rescheduling is subject to availability in the group class.

10. Since group lessons are not sold as single sessions, the refund amount is calculated as the total group lesson price ÷ 4, multiplied by the refund percentage, to determine the credit amount.
11. Refunds for group lessons (that meet the policy) are limited to once per student. Group lesson spots may be transferred between students privately but must be reported to the club.

MSL Shuttle Bus – Christmas & New Year Period
We will refund/exchange the shuttle bus ticket before 48 hours of the purchased date. The ticket is non-refundable/exchangeable after that.
